Terms
The short version of how the Citesheet pilot works. Plain language, no small print.
What this is
Citesheet is an early pilot service. You send us your policies and a security questionnaire, and we send back the questionnaire filled in, with a word-for-word quote for each answer and a list of what we could not prove. During the pilot we run the steps with you by hand.
What we promise, and what we don't
- Every answer we give has a quote, and code checks that the quote exists word for word in your document. Rows without proof are marked, not guessed.
- The service is provided as it is. Beyond what we state on this website, we give no warranties, including that answers are complete, correct or suitable for a particular customer or audit.
- You review the answers before you send them to anyone. Citesheet is not legal, audit or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for what you submit to your customers.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the questionnaire in question. During the free pilot, that is zero.
Your data stays yours
Your documents, questionnaires and answers belong to you. We use them only to fill your questionnaires, we don't use them for anything else, and we delete them when you ask. How we handle them is described in the “How we handle your documents” section of the home page and on the privacy page. We'll sign your NDA first if you ask.
Pricing and changes
Your first questionnaire is free. After that, pilot pricing is agreed with you in writing before we start. We may change these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies, and we won't change them for work already in progress without telling you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, but please write to us first and we will try to sort it out.
